Staff members from the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County and Poudre School District will present their findings on how the three organizations could save money during their graduation from a leadership program on April 27.
A celebration for the 24 selected staff members who participated in the year-long LEAD 1.0 program will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m, Friday, April 27, in the Hearing Room on the first floor of the Larimer County offices, 200 W. Oak.
Eight staff members from each of the three organizations have been participating in LEAD 1.0, a leadership program that asked participants to examine possible collaborative efforts between the city, county and school district. The participants met several times during the year to attend workshops and conduct feasibility studies that focus on potential money-saving collaborative efforts between the organizations.
During the April 27 celebration, the graduates will present four capstone feasibility projects to the executive directors of three organizations – PSD Superintendent Jerry Wilson, City Manager Darin Atteberry and Larimer County Manager Frank Lancaster.
