The last of a series of transition meetings, designed to help parents of students with disabilities, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 26, on the first floor of the Larimer County Courthouse, 200 W. Oak.

The meeting will feature a Community Resource Fair and employment opportunities. Representatives will be on hand from Foothills Gateway Rehabilitation, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Larimer ARC, School to Work Alliance Program, and the Larimer County Workforce Center, Youth Services.

Light refreshments will be served.

A meeting about transition programs and opportunites post high school was presented in February and a meeting about legal issues and social security was held held in March as part of the Transition Series meetings.
